Find out how we are handling:
- Upcoming IELTS Tests:
Thank you for your patience in waiting for further information about your IELTS test date.
We are currently receiving a large number of e-mails from candidates regarding test dates, some of which are being affected by measures in place to control the spread of the Coronavirus.
We are reviewing the situation on a week-to-week basis, as the picture is changing quickly, and will be in touch with you about your planned test date at least 5 days before your test date, wherever possible.
Meanwhile, we kindly ask you not to submit duplicate e-mails about enquiries as these can slow our response times to those already received.
We know how important the IELTS test is to you and are doing all we can in the circumstances to manage our IELTS test scheduling in these challenging times, and offer our apologies for any disruption to your plans that the current disruption to IELTS testing may cause.
You can find answers to any questions you may have below. If not, please contact us: email@example.com.
- Cultural Work
During this uncertain time, our students, customers and partners’ health is our priority. We have temporarily paused this activity in response to German government and health authority guidance. The British Council has postponed all cultural activities in Germany, where these events include public gatherings, for the duration of the state of alarm.
We are developing several online formats so that we can continue with our cultural programme. We have also developed a list of digital cultural offers that we keep up-to-date for you.
We will send more information via our news and events newsletter.
