Olga Sin wins FameLab Germany 2017
Eight young researchers took the stage in Bielefeld to compete in the FameLab Germany Final 2017. An audience of over 1,300 enjoyed an enlightening and exciting glimpse into the world of science with topics ranging from earthquakes to DNA Origami. All the presentations are available on our YouTube channel.
The winner was Olga Sin, who convinced the jury with her explanation of how a brainless worm could help to cure brain diseases. Olga, a Junior Postdoc at Max Planck Institute for Molecular Biomedicine, will go on to represent Germany at the International FameLab final in Cheltenham.
