We are currently recruiting suitably qualified and experienced individuals to join our freelance team of local invigilators (test personnel) for IELTS Tests in the following cities:


Aachen and Hamburg

IELTS Tests take place on Saturdays. Invigilators are paid €12.00 per hour and typically work between 5 and 9 hours at any given test session.

Applicants should be based in one of the test venues listed above and must be able to demonstrate good levels of spoken and written English, effective teamworking/organisational skills and cultural awareness. Further pre-requisites are reliability and punctuality, initiative and the ability to work well under pressure.

If you meet all requirements as outlined above, please download and print an IELTS Invigilator Application Form and fill it in by hand. In addition to the completed application form, we require two original references from previous employers to confirm your suitability for this kind of work.

Should your written application meet our requirements, you will be invited to take part in a telephone interview. If you are successful in the interview, you will receive training before you start working on IELTS test days.
